Redmine/migration

As of this writing, these instructions are not complete/working yet.

Notes

Steps so far:

• Copy these folders from the old server to the new one:
  • the Redmine application folder
  • the Redmine data folder
  • the Redmine configuration folder
    • ...making any configuration changes as needed
  • the Redmine database
