The NV54 laptop is one of the NV Series by Gateway, Inc. Text on the unit's underside also refers to it as "Model No. MS2273".
Technical specs on the NV Series are somewhat ambiguous, as each model is apparently sold in several different configurations, but they generally include a CPU running at about 2 GHz.
