Gaiam's web site has issues. Harena was trying to log in with a known email and password, but the site wouldn't let her in. So then she tried to recover the password using their "lost password" feature; the site said it didn't recognize the email address, even though it was the email address to which they regularly send email. Next, she tried logging in with another email/password she had set up more recently; the site wouldn't let her log in with that either, but it was willing to admit that the email address existed, and claimed that it was sending her a password reminder -- which never arrived. (Tests from Gmail confirm that the email address is receiving email with no problems.) --Woozle 15:13, 4 July 2008 (EDT)
