At the time this list was collected, major TV networks had no internet video presence, and the internet was not considered a market. This has all changed, and this page needs updating.
Video Feed Sites
Joost: site not responding on 2017-09-07- Vuze
- also allows audio and video sharing
- some video content is for sale or rent, rather than free
- sold/rented content is protected
- protected content currently works with Windows only
- very nice, interactive user interface written around the Azureus torrent application (written in Java; works well in Linux)
- site allows users to report apparent copyright violations, but does not show any indication of whether particular files have been checked and found to be authorized (maybe none of them have, but this should also be indicated)
