Turkey ham "is a ready-to-eat, processed meat made from cooked or cured turkey meat, water and other ingredients such as binders" and contains no pork. The taste and texture closely resemble those of pork-based ham.

Finding the once-popular turkey ham, especially free of nitrates and nitrites (NN-free), can be difficult. Even those stores which carry brands whose product lines include turkey ham (e.g. Wellshire Farms) often do not carry the same maker's turkey ham products and cannot even special-order them.
