Yes, this weird number has plagued me with silent calls as well. Probably a telemarketing co. trying to find out if your home for a later call from a different number.
Repeated calls to my cell
Yea, I got two calls from this number to my cell phone. Both times, nothing but silence, and it wasn't that they hung up either.
