Overview

OptimumSSL (sometimes given as "Optimum SSL", with a space) is an SSL certificate signing authority recognized by Firefox and MSIE. They offer low-cost certificates starting at $14.95/year (as of 2009-09-06, confirmed 2010-12-08).

They appear to be a subsidiary or agents of Comodo Group (see Wikipedia), as the certificates they sell carry the Comodo trade name.
