Access Manager Professional Edition (AMPE) is a password manager for all 32-bit versions of Microsoft Windows. It costs $24.95 (US) or €18.95, with prices in a few other currencies as well.
Access Manager is also available in a free version; differences between the two are summarized here. AMPE includes all of the features of the free version.
