Summary

On 2006-11-30, The Hypertwins received the following letter from Kathleen Cooney-Porter of Oblon, Spivak, McClelland, Maier & Neustadt, P.C. In short, they claim that the domain name psycrit.com, which is being used for the online journal PsyCrit, infringes on "PSYCCRITIQUES", a trademarked name of their client the American Psychological Association (APA), which they are apparently using for "providing an online database featuring reviews of books and films pertaining to the social and behavioral sciences".
