- ord - quantity originally ordered by customer
- shp - quantity we have already shipped to them
- kld - quantity cancelled by customer
- n/a - quantity no longer available (we can't get/ship these)
- +need - calculated: quantity spoken for by customer orders
This gets added to the final "NEED" total.
