About
There are essentially two sites associated with RipplePay. The original site for p2p "personal credit" software is at classic.ripplepay.com and the newer, more traditionally-oriented service site is at ripple.com. The latter seems to offer only international payment services for businesses under the brand-name "Ripple".
The RipplePay concept seems worth exploring, though it's difficult to imagine a scenario in which it acquires enough users to really become useful beyond simple tracking of personal debt. <hide>

Notes
The idea of Hawala seems like a non-computer-oriented version of this, with brokers instead of everything being peer-to-peer. In practice, a RipplePay site might be acting kind of like a Hawala broker.
