  • Question: how do you add someone who already has Signal installed? The only way I can find to add a new person is to "invite" them, which just sends them a text inviting them to install Signal.

      • In the desktop app, "search" for their phone number, and then send them a message.
      • Unverified: In the mobile app, it may be that you just add people to the regular Android address book and they will show up in Signal if they also have Signal installed.
