ICF MR/DD is a particular type of care designed for patients with mental retardation (MR) or developmental disability (DD). Some ICFs designated as ICF/MR will also accept DD patients, and the reverse may also be true; it's not clear what the differences in entry criteria between MR and DD might be, and it may be that there are no specific criteria.
