- behavioral psychology studies external behavior rather than inner mental states, and often involves detailed statistical analysis; the mind as machine

- Tridimensional Personality Questionnaire - "a measure of the need for social contact and openness to communication" - seems to be used a lot, but I can't find the actual questionnaire
