- Question: how do you create a chat group in the desktop app?
- Answer: in the bar on the left, click the pencil-pad icon opposite your avatar, then select users to include from your contacts. (You can only add people who are already in your contacts, which apparently can only be done via the mobile app (as of 2021-04-11).
