Pinecrest Road in Durham, NC is a residential road which runs for approximately two blocks, beginning at Chapel Hill Road, running northwest past Dogwood, crossing Academy (NC 751), continuing past McDowell and changing its name (to Marion) abruptly a couple of houses past its intersection with Woodburn.
The "old" part of the road, built in approximately the 1930s (the earliest houses were built circa 1939), has an informal neighborhood association.
