This notice is to inform you that the rental property will be under new management. Effective July 8th, 2021, KC Webb will handle all aspects of your tenancy, including rent collection, maintenance requests, leasing, rental renewals, and so on. You will receive a separate notice from the new management company with contact information, where to send rent payments and how to submit maintenance requests.

CSA Properties will continue to accept rent payments and log maintenance requests until July 7th, 2021. Your lease documents and any pending/open maintenance requests will be forwarded to KC Webb as of that date.

We have enjoyed having you as residents and wish you the best in the future.
