HTYP:Presumed Propagation

Where the copyright owner of certain images and other media files can be presumed to have an interest in disseminating information to which those files are relevant, HTYP assumes that they may be freely copied for non-commercial use, and especially where such use is informational.

This policy, which HTYP calls Presumed Propagation, is similar to Fair Use but works with the additional belief or assumption that the copyright holder has some interest in encouraging accurate representations of efforts related to the copyrighted file.
