Bluehost, an otherwise-reasonable web hosting company, discontinued their trouble-ticket service sometime around September 2016. Technical support may now only be obtained via real-time methods, i.e. phone and proprietary web-based chat. I used to recommend them but no longer do. --Woozle (talk) 14:03, 28 September 2016 (EDT)
