This company sends out bulk mail, addressed to college students, which is phrased and designed in such a way that it may easily be mistaken for an official notice regarding an existing student loan. It is, however, an offer of "loan consolidation".

I don't know how their service compares to others of the same type, but this marketing tactic is slimy.
