Overview

One Laptop Per Child is a project dedicated to the design and production of laptop computers designed specifically for children and with a low-enough price point that it could be widely distributed to children in even the poorest countries.

The project has created the OLPC XO-1 and is working on the OLPC XO-2 (as of 2008).
