This phone number appears to belong to Countrywide Financial.
- 2008-02-09 10:15 The Hypertwins: left a recorded message about special refinance offers on our existing mortgage with them. They've offered these before, by mail, and my impression is that they are close to being a scam as they are variable-rate and our existing mortgage is fixed-rate. Although the phone call is presumably legal because they have an existing business relationship with us, it's still essentially telemarketing and unwanted.
