Notes
The movie adaptation of The Handmaid's Tale was filmed in Durham, or at least parts of it were. I remember hearing that at least one house on Hermitage Court had been turned into a set for the movie, and possibly other locations in the Durham area were used as well. (A friend of mine even worked as an extra.) Does anyone have more information on this? (Also, have any other movies been filmed around here?) --Woozle 09:29, 12 January 2006 (EST)
