The Tarheel Crocheters was a group of crocheters and knitters in and around Durham, NC who met monthly (3rd Thursday) at a local restaurant; the venue changed several times. The last regular meeting was in 2010, though there was a special get-together in 2014.
The group's politics tended to lean conservative; a number of members were from small rural towns north and west of Durham.
