I have never dealt with these people, but they mailed me what looked a great deal like a domain renewal notice -- for a domain I had registered through another service (bulkregister.com, whom I recommend). Furthermore, their price was higher -- $35, same as InterNIC aka Network Solutions. I can easily imagine some functionary at a large corporation -- or even a non-technical secretary at a small business -- recognizing the registered domain and unthinkingly "renewing" it through this company, thus costing the business money and quite possibly causing other problems if the domain was set up with other services (e.g. DNS) through its proper registrar.
