Uterine transplants into {{l/ip|cisgender|cis}} women have been successfully carried out in Sweden in 2014 and in the US in 2016, restoring childbearing ability to these women. There is no reason (medical or otherwise) to believe that it could not also be done with a trans woman, with the same results.
