cannot serve a Windows domain, though it can join one
not sure if it can serve a Windows workgroup
by default the administration area displays only a few "favorite" features
- requiring three clicks to get from the post-login screen to a specific non-favorite feature
- there is no way to configure which features are "favorite"
- bookmarking the "All Features" tab does not appear to work very well; the resulting screen is scrambled
the device responds to login attempts a little slowly, and clears the user/password field before completing the login, which may make you think that the login has failed
there is a feature supposedly for downloading a client to Windows, Mac, and Linux, but when you click on this it only offers a Windows client
sftp support is hidden inside the ftp options
