  • ComcastMustDie.com: blog where angry Comcast customers can tell their stories, and possibly get them resolved. The site has an excellent set of suggestions (phrased as "non-negotiable demands") for Comcast to follow if they truly wish to improve customer service. Comcast does appear to be listening, although they have not yet implemented the demands.
