About

qmail is a message transfer agent that was designed to be a faster, more easily configurable replacement for sendmail.

This is a growing seedling article. You can help HTYP by watering it.

Notes

To get Webmin to recognize qmail as being installed, Webmin's qmail module must be configured to point at qmail's installation folder (i.e. "QMail base directory" must be set to the correct path). This defaults to /var/qmail, but Ubuntu puts it in /var/lib/qmail instead.
