According to its web site, Touchstone Residential Services "is a licensed child placing agency with the North Carolina Department of Social Services. Touchstone Residential Services is licensed to provide Therapeutic Foster Care (Level II - Family Type) in homes that are licensed with the Department of Social Services for Therapeutic Foster Care with Touchstone as their agency of affiliation" and also "an endorsed provider through Wake County Human Services" "endorsed to provide the following CAP MR/DD waiver services:"
