This is the folder Redmine uses for writing non-database data, including uploads and logs. Most are typically links.

Contents

One folder for each Redmine site. The default site is named "default", so we'll use that as an example.

  • default/ -- data for "default" site:
    • config/ -- link to /etc/redmine/default
    • files/ -- where Redmine stores uploads
    • log/ -- link to /var/log/redmine/default
    • tmp/ -- link to /var/cache/redmine/default
