RHA Howell is a non-profit organization in North Carolina with about a dozen residential facilities of varying sizes, of which at least nine are ICF MR (as of November, 2010).

RHA Howell, which began with a single ICF MR facility started by Irene Howell in 1970 and grew into a network of "Howell Care Centers" over the next 30 years, is a subsidiary of RHA Health Services[1].
