ILS Corp is a domain registrar and provider of search engine optimization services. They do business under the following names (and possibly others):

ilscorp.net: "Internet Listing Service Corp"
dlscorp.net: "Domain Listing Services" and "Domain Listing Service Corp."

Unrelated

ILS Corp should not be confused with ILS Learning Corporation of Saskatchewan, Canada, whose domain name is ilscorp.com.

2005-04-25 Woozle: I have never dealt with these people, but they mailed me what looked a great deal like a domain renewal notice – for a domain I had registered through another service (Bulkregister, whom I recommend). Furthermore, their price was higher – $35, same as InterNIC aka Network Solutions. I can easily imagine some functionary at a large corporation – or even a non-technical secretary at a small business – recognizing the registered domain and unthinkingly "renewing" it through this company, thus costing the business money and quite possibly causing other problems if the domain was set up with other services (e.g. DNS) through its proper registrar.
Rating: eeeville.
2007-07-02 Woozle: Received another pseudo-"renewal" offer, this time from "DLSCORP.NET" -- which is apparently the same company as ILS Corp.
