Usage: deliver [-c <config file>] [-a <address>] [-d <username>] [-p <path>]
               [-f <envelope sender>] [-m <mailbox>] [-n] [-s] [-e] [-k]

There is some documentation for this command on the Dovecot wiki, but it does not describe the available options.
