CAP is an acronym which can stand for:

  • CAP-MR/DD: Community Alternatives Program for persons with Mental Retardation/Developmental Disabilities
  • CAP: North Carolina Client Assistance Program: "a federally funded program designed to assist individuals with disabilities in understanding and using rehabilitation services."
  • C.A.P.: Celebrating Autistic Parents, i.e. parents who are themselves autistic

CAP should not be confused with CAPS.
