AES Password Manager (AESPM) is a password manager for Microsoft Windows Vista and 7, with some indication that it might be made to work with earlier versions going back to Win98.

License

AESPM appears to be available as a free download, with no licensing fees, but this is not specifically stated on the web site.

Status

AESPM has been acquired by LastBit Corp. and merged with their Aurora Password Manager (APM) software; support is apparently only being provided for users who upgrade to APM.
