If you'd like write this in first-person, you can put it under your namespace -- e.g. [[User:Hkhenson/Moving Cable Space Elevator]]; you can put pretty much whatever you want under your userspace. By default that also makes the article hands-off except for minor proofreading and formatting changes, but you can override that if you want. (This is all unwritten policy so far; yes, I need to write it down...)

I can also make redirect pages with short URLs if you want to distribute cards with links to your articles (either in the main namespace, like this one, or in your userspace). Just let me know which articles you plan to publicize.
