	Getting cURL set up can be easy or not-easy, depending on various factors. I'm still trying to figure out why it apparently isn't working on cloud5. I ultimately solved the problem by changing how PHP is invoked – from FastCGI, which seems to be stuck on 7.0 (and I don't know where it is configured) to directly invoking PHP 7.2 via CGI-BIN: <code>/cgi-bin/php7.2.cgi</code>
