It goes out a lot and we have to reset the cable modem (power off, wait, power on) several times on some days. When the connection is working, web pages which are normally reasonably quick to load are now very slow, database connections are frequently dropped, and so on.<br /> <br /> A quick test ping to twcnc.com (24.25.0.179) had an average return time of 741 ms and 6% packet loss; this is fairly typical these days, but it was not normal for most of the time we have had service with TWC.<br /> <br /> Please let me know if there is anything you can do about this.
